ANONYMOUS: Bullfighter’s costume, known as the “Habit de lumière,” made of blue silk and richly embellished with gold and silver thread, trimmings, and beads, consisting of: A jacket, the chaquetilla. A vest, the chaleco. A pair of knee-length breeches, the “taleguilla.” Very small size. Showing signs of wear (the breeches are heavily worn on the non-embroidered fabric). Presumed to date from the late 19th / early 20th century.
