Set of two items that belonged to Count Vladimir Nikolayevich Kokovtsov (1853-1943), Minister of Finance of the Russian Empire from 1903 to 1905 and from 1906 to 1914, as well as President of the State Council from 1911 to 1914, consisting of : - a 14K (585°/°°) gold badge forming a round pendant with enamel decoration on one side of a double polychrome coat of arms encircled by the Cyrillic wording "Chemin de fer Rostov-Vladikavaz" and on the other side of a white enamel band decorated with the dates "1872-1875" in reserve and encircled by the Cyrillic wording "Vladimir Nikolaïévitch Kokovstsoff". The pendant is surmounted by the insignia Pour excellence durant le service dans le Caucase. Work by Alexandre TILLANDER, Saint Petersburg, 1908-1917. Dimensions: 38 x 25 mm. Gross weight: 14.15 g. - a badge of honor for acts relating to the land use system, made in several parts of 800°/°° silver titled 84 zolotnik and green translucent enamel on a radiant guilloché ground. Made by Alfred THIELEMANN and hallmarked Maison FABERGE, Saint Petersburg, 1908-1917. With equally hallmarked counterplate and silver wheel. Dimensions: 55 x 55 mm. Gross weight: 47 g.
