Beautiful 18K 750 thousandths yellow gold ring set with a cushion-cut sapphire in a closed setting on a paillon, encircled by twelve old-cut diamonds ranging from 0.10 to 0.25 carat in a claw setting, hemmed with twelve rose-cut diamonds in a scalloped setting (3 diamonds missing). The stone is accompanied by its Gem Paris certificate stating in their opinion: Sapphire, Ceylon, unheated. Beautiful openwork on the back of the diamonds.
