Slightly curved transformation table in frieze and square veneer. The front opens with a flap revealing a sliding tray and two drawers, one of which is lined with zinc. The upper part features a step that can be raised by means of a crank mechanism. It features two simulated drawers, opens with two drawers and a side drawer fitted with a movable writing tablet sheathed in green leather and a pivoting torch-holder tray. Gilded fawn leather top. Chased and gilded bronze ornamentation such as falls and leafy side grips. Resting on cambered feet with casters. Louis XV style, 19th century. Probably a piece of commissioned furniture from the Beurdeley workshops. H. 77 cm. L. 62 cm. D. 46.5 cm (closed) (Damage and missing parts)
