Folding flintlock carbine with a two-chamber barrel, engraved and damascened with foliage on the upper half, tapering from square to round, and flattened at the muzzle; engraved lock plate signed: “LORANDI Pietro”; cut and chiseled iron fittings, with a belt hook on the side opposite the lock plate; walnut burl stock, equipped with a push-button mechanism for folding it, slightly carved; wooden stock with a horn tip; length 88 cm. Period, Italy, circa 1780. Very good condition.
